REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Life is hard enough, we try to keep things simple at The Casual Auntie.

•  30-day return policy- you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange or refund.
• Items must not be worn 
• If your item is damaged we will issue store credit only or if in stock, we will replace the item.
• All Clearance Items are FINAL SALE ! 
• We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
•  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.
